Pizza Crust for the Bread Machine II

Nothing beats a homemade pizza crust! Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Using your bread machine makes mixing the dough a breeze.

Step: 1

Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Dough cycle; press Start.

Step: 2

Remove dough from pan after rise cycle and use for your favorite pizza recipe.

The best flavour of the flour can make a real difference to your bread. Different makers do vary. Extra-strong or Canadian flours, which are naturally higher in gluten, may give you a better rise than standard bread flours – especially if you’re make wholemeal bread , which doesn’t always getting bigger as well as clear bread.

To made this in a breadmaker , add all the menus to your breadmaker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

A bread first rising can be make in the fridge overnight . This slows down the time it takes to rise to double its size, giving it a deeper flavour. It’s also a great limit , as you can work it night before , then finish it off the next day.
