Pizza Crust for Bread Machine

A crusty, chewy pizza crust! Our family’s favorite! Try make two pizza crusts at once by removing the dough from the machine once it hits the rise cycle and place in a separate bowl. Now you are ready to begin the second crust!

Step: 1

Place all ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select dough cycle.

Step: 2

Remove after rise cycle and use with your favorite pizza recipe.

The best flavour of the flour could make a real deal to your bread. Different brands do vary. Great taste or Canadian flours, which are naturally higher in gluten, may give you a better rise than standard dough flours – especially if you’re making wholemeal dough , which doesn’t always rise as well as white bread.

To made this in a dough , add all the ingredients to your breadmaker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

A dough’s first rising can be make in the fridge overnight . This slows down the time it takes to rise to double its size, giving it a deeper flavour. It’s also a great timesaver , as you can start it night before , then clear it off the next day.
