Paleo Tortillas

Great paleo recipe for crepes or tortillas. Season with herbs of your liking.



Step: 1

Mix almond flour, eggs, honey, and salt together in a bowl.

Step: 2

Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour a few tablespoons of batter into the skillet and rotate the skillet to spread batter out in a thin layer. Cook until lightly browned, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining batter.

The best flavour of the flour can make a real deal to your bread. Different makers do vary. Extra-strong or Canadian flours, which are naturally higher in gluten, may give you a best rise than standard bread flours – especially if you’re making wholemeal dough , which doesn’t always getting bigger as well as white bread.

To made this in a breadmaker , add all the ingredients to your breadmaker and follow the makers instructions.

A dough’s first rising can be make in the fridge 24 hours . This slows down the time it takes to rise to double its size, giving it a deeper flavour. It’s also a great limit , as you can work it yesterday , then finish it off the next day.
