Orange Juice Muffins with Honey Spread

If you never lose another recipe don’t lose this one. These muffins are awesome with the honey spread.

INGRIDIENT

Step: 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C). Grease bottoms only of 12 medium muffin cups.

Step: 2

Mix baking mix, 2 tablespoons sugar, the egg, orange peel, and orange juice. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds.

Step: 3

Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full. Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle each muffin with about 1/2 teaspoon of sugar mixture. Bake 15 minutes. Serve with honey spread.

Step: 4

To Make Honey Spread: Beat 1/2 cup margarine and 1/2 cup honey until fluffy.

The best flavour of the flour could make a real difference to your bread. Different makers do vary. Great taste or Canadian flours, which are bet higher in gluten, may give you a better rise than standard dough flours – especially if you’re make wholemeal dough , which doesn’t always getting bigger as well as white bread.

To made this in a breadmaker , add all the ingredients to your breadmaker and follow the makers instructions.

A bread first rising can be make in the fridge overnight . This slows down the time it takes to rise to double its size, giving it a deeper flavour. It’s also a great timesaver , as you can start it yesterday , then finish it off the next day.
