Delicious recipe I created when I had no eggs but wanted banana loaf for my new mini loaf pans!
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
Combine flours, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a medium bowl. Mash bananas into the dry ingredients.
Combine sugars and margarine in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until creamy. Mix in milk and vanilla extract. Add the flour mixture and raisins; mix well. Pour batter into 4 mini silicone loaf pans. Place loaf pans on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.

The best flavour of the flour could make a real deal to your bread. Different brands do vary. Great taste or Canadian flours, which are bet higher in gluten, may give you a better rise than standard bread flours – especially if you’re making wholemeal dough , which doesn’t always getting bigger as well as white bread.
To made this in a dough , add all the menus to your breadmaker and follow the makers instructions.
A dough’s first rising can be done in the fridge overnight . This slows down the time it takes to rise to double its size, giving it a deeper flavour. It’s also a great timesaver , as you can start it yesterday , then clear it off the next day.
