This is my husband’s recipe for pizza bread with cheese and pepperoni. He makes it in the bread machine and it’s yummy!
Step: 1
Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
Step: 2
Select the Bread/Light Crust cycle, and press Start.
Per Serving: 314 calories; protein 13g; carbohydrates 25.6g; fat 17.2g; cholesterol 42.2mg; sodium 706.9mg.
The quality of the flour can make a real deal to your bread. Different makers do vary. Great taste or Canadian flours, which are naturally higher in gluten, may give you a best rise than standard dough flours – especially if you’re making wholemeal bread , which doesn’t always getting bigger as well as white bread.
To make this in a dough , add all the menus to your breadmaker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
A bread first rising can be done in the fridge 24 hours . This slows down the time it takes to rise to double its size, giving it a deeper flavour. It’s also a great limit , as you can work it yesterday , then clear it off the next day.
