Easy Yorkshire Pudding

Not the traditional Yorkshire pudding, but it sure is better! Its very important that the egg, milk, flour mixture be at room temperature.

Step: 1

Mix flour, milk, and eggs together in a bowl; let sit for 2 hours.

Step: 2

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Divide the vegetable oil among 6 large muffin cups and place in oven for 5 minutes.

Step: 3

Spoon flour mixture into the prepared muffin cups. Increase oven temperature to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Step: 4

Bake in the preheated oven until browned, about 10 minutes.

The best flavour of the flour can make a real difference to your bread. Different makers do vary. To made this in a breadmaker , add all the ingredients to your breadmaker and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

A dough’s first rising can be make in the fridge 24 hours . This slows down the time it takes to rise to double its size, giving it a deeper flavour. It’s also a great timesaver , as you can start it night before , then finish it off the next day.
