Cinnamon Bread II

This bread is wonderful and sweet. Omit the raisins for just a plain good cinnamon bread.



Step: 1

Place ingredients in order suggested by your manufacturer. Select the sweet bread and light crust settings. Add raisins when indicated by your manufacturer.


Per Serving: 64 calories; protein 0.8g; carbohydrates 12g; fat 2g; sodium 318mg.

The quality of the flour can make a real difference to your bread. Different brands do vary. Extra-strong or Canadian flours, which are bet higher in gluten, may give you a best rise than standard dough flours – especially if you’re make wholemeal dough , which not always getting bigger as well as white bread.

To made this in a breadmaker , add all the menus to your breadmaker and follow the makers instructions.

A bread first rising can be done in the fridge 24 hours . This slows down the time it takes to rise to double its size, giving it a deeper flavour. It’s also a great limit , as you can work it night before , then clear it off the next day.
