Cheesy Kale Muffins

Step: 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.

Step: 2

Mix pancake mix, mozzarella cheese, and onion together in a large bowl. Add kale, milk, and ricotta cheese; mix until combined. Scoop batter into the prepared muffin tin.

Step: 3

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes.

The quality of the flour could make a real deal to your bread. Different brands do vary. A bread first rising can be make in the fridge 24 hours . This slows down the time it takes to rise to double its size, giving it a deeper flavour. It’s also a great limit , as you can start it night before , then finish it off the next day.
