Melt in your mouth quick bread for the bread machine.
Step: 1
Spray bread machine pan with vegetable oil spray.

Premix ingredients in order listed. Place mixture in bread machine pan.

Select the Quick Bread/Cake cycle. Press Start. Check after 1 minute to see if mixture is well blended.

Cook until cake cycle stops. Remove pan, and cool completely before removing bread from pan.

The quality of the flour could make a real deal to your bread. Different brands do vary. Extra-strong or Canadian flours, which are naturally higher in gluten, may give you a better rise than standard bread flours – especially if you’re make wholemeal dough , which not always rise as well as white bread.

A bread first rising can be done in the fridge overnight . This slows down the time it takes to rise to double its size, giving it a deeper flavour. It’s also a great limit , as you can work it night before , then finish it off the next day.
