Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Pour in milk, olive oil, and avocado oil. Add mashed bananas and raisins and stir to combine. Pour into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 60 to 65 minutes. Let bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

The quality of the flour can make a real difference to your bread. Different brands do vary. Extra-strong or Canadian flours, which are naturally higher in gluten, may give you a better rise than standard bread flours – especially if you’re make wholemeal dough , which doesn’t always rise as well as white bread.
