Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Banana and chocolate, a great combination, they go so well together! Quick and easy to make as well.

Step: 1

In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and baking powder.

Step: 2

In another bowl, blend the bananas, oil and egg together. Add to dry ingredients, mixing just until blended. Fold in the chocolate chips. Spoon the batter into a greased muffin pan, filling three-fourths full.

Step: 3

Bake in a preheated 425 degree F(220 degrees C) for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove the muffins to a wire rack to cool completely.

The best flavour of the flour could make a real deal to your bread. Different makers do vary. Great taste or Canadian flours, which are naturally higher in gluten, may give you a best rise than standard bread flours – especially if you’re make wholemeal bread , which not always rise as well as clear bread.

To made this in a dough , add all the menus to your breadmaker and follow the makers instructions.

A bread first rising can be done in the fridge overnight . This slows down the time it takes to rise to double its size, giving it a deeper flavour. It’s also a great limit , as you can work it yesterday , then clear it off the next day.
